I was able to take more time on each track which I can't do nowadays. We did some rehearsals before recording this album. Memories from these days come back to me when I listen to this album. On another note, the jacket was designed by my father. This album is also very impressive for me, because the recording equipment was the same that I used for making the Gikyoku Onsou album. It was bought when the studio that we used for making Gikyoku Onsou went broke. Also, a typhoon hit this area when we were recording it and I remember that we had very a hard time there, from the water leaking into the basement studio. Recording and Mixing down took five days to complete this album. This is the international version of the Shining Force 3 Arrange Album. Track 1 is different from the Japanese version. The Japanese version took such a long time to be released because the record company went broke when we were working on this album. I personally think this album was epoch-making at the time. It was the first time anyone made an album this way, and it was really a fresh idea. But, it was very hard to choose the words out of 1000 of these that fit the music. Also lots of words from this game are dark and negative; I felt depressed and couldn't sleep because it effected me mentally after working on this album. The recording volume is not high because I want people to listen to this album at a high volume. Track 5 (one of my favorite tracks) has an unusual arrangement with Piano Part 2 and Moog Base as the main melody. Overall, Analog Synthesizer or Organ sounds were not sampled. The used of Outboards were only Spring Reverb and Tape Echos.
